We are about to move into a new house and the walls have been painted white by the owner. I’m betting that they won’t allow us to paint…so what are some ways I can personalize this space?

When paint is applied to the walls, it is as if it is seperrating out. You can take your fingernail and scratch the wall right back down to the original paint. I own a manufactured home, but it is dry-walled. I’m not sure what to do. Tried to prime the walls with kilz and it still won’t stick. Thanks for any help.
